WASTE MANAGEMENT
At Surgivalley, we manage manufacturing waste with strict responsibility to maintain sustainability and compliance with international standards. Every stage of production uses controlled processes that minimize waste and reduce environmental risks. In addition, no harmful material is allowed to escape into the surroundings, ensuring complete protection for the community and the ecosystem. Our eco-friendly approach not only safeguards nature but also reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and sustainable manufacturing that healthcare professionals can trust.
ISO 14001
At Surgivalley, we proudly follow ISO 14001 standards to uphold a reliable and effective environmental management system. This approach ensures we handle our environmental responsibilities in a structured, efficient, and measurable way. By implementing these practices, we show our strong commitment to the environmental pillar of sustainability. ISO 14001 supports us in reaching meaningful results. It helps us protect the environment, improve operational efficiency, and generate long-term value. Our dedication not only benefits our organization but also creates positive impact for partners, customers, and communities. Every step we take is guided by the mission of building a greener and more sustainable future.
WATER CONSERVATION
At Surgivalley, we follow sustainable water management practices that reduce consumption, improve efficiency, and conserve energy across our facility. Our strategies focus on minimizing treatment losses, cutting transport waste, and lowering the energy required for processing and distribution. Each tool we manufacture goes through a process that values not only precision and quality but also responsibility toward the environment.
To ensure accuracy, our team records flow meter data every day, carefully analyzing usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and apply quick corrective actions. Moreover, this hands-on monitoring enables us to optimize performance, conserve resources, and maintain smooth production without compromising quality. By relying on accurate data insights, we align efficiency with sustainability. As a result, healthcare professionals receive reliable instruments while the environment benefits from responsible operations.
Our approach proves that medical manufacturing can integrate innovation, resource conservation, and consistent quality into one streamlined process. Consequently, we demonstrate our long-term commitment to both healthcare and environmental well-being.
ROHS COMPLIANT
At Surgivalley, we follow the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standard to guarantee safer and more sustainable medical instruments. RoHS restricts the use of specific harmful materials in manufacturing, which include lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CrVI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). The regulation also applies to four phthalates: DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP. These materials pose significant threats to human health and the environment. Improper handling may lead to occupational exposure during production, while unsafe disposal can contaminate soil and water through landfills. By eliminating such substances from our processes, Surgivalley reduces risks and promotes cleaner practices. Compliance with RoHS ensures that our surgical instruments meet international safety standards. This commitment provides healthcare professionals with tools that are reliable, eco-friendly, and manufactured with responsibility toward both patients and the planet.
