Controlled Retraction for Endaural and General Surgical Access

The Henner endaural retractor is a hand-held surgical retractor designed to maintain tissue separation during endaural ENT procedures and selected general surgery applications. Its two curved 13 mm x 18 mm blades provide a defined retraction profile, while the 42 mm inside spread supports access within a compact operative field. Two temporal muscle blades—6.0 mm x 10.0 mm and 12 x 75.0 mm—extend the instrument’s configuration for practical tissue-handling requirements. The 4 1/2-inch format supports close, controlled manipulation where the operator needs a compact instrument with multiple blade options in the same design.
