The Pennington septum elevator is a double-ended surgical elevator designed for controlled elevation and tissue handling in ENT and general surgery workflows. Its 8 1/4-inch length supports access within the operative field, while the strongly curved profile helps position the working ends where a straighter instrument may be less convenient. Two blade sizes—6.0 mm x 9.0 mm and 6.0 mm x 11.0 mm—provide a choice of working surface for different handling requirements. The hexagonal handle supports a secure, deliberate grip during instrument manipulation, and the double-ended format keeps two blade options in one instrument.
