Cottle Septum Speculum – Narrow 5½" with Tapered Blades

The Cottle septum speculum gives surgeons controlled exposure of the nasal septum during septoplasty and related procedures. This narrow model measures 5½ inches overall and features tapered blades that run 55.0 mm long, narrowing from 10 mm to 8 mm in width. A set screw holds the blades at the opening you choose, so the speculum stays where you set it while you work. The slim profile suits limited-access anatomy and helps keep the surgical field clear in operating rooms, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics.

Septoplasty and submucosal resection requiring direct visualization of the nasal septum
Nasal fracture reduction and intranasal procedures that need controlled blade opening
Examination and packing of the nasal cavity in ENT clinics
Limited-access cases where a narrow speculum profile is preferred
